We have just been blessed with the third "first" this term!  Thabiso Mondlane (Grade 9) has received an invitation from the University of Pretoria to be a team member representing the Gauteng province at a national mathematics competition in September.  He made it through to the second round of the Maths Olympiad.  To encourage learners' development in Mathematics, the school lets Grade 8 to 12 learners participate in the Mathematics Olympiad every year, and for younger learners, in the AMESA Maths Challenge (Gr 4 - 7) and Conquesta (Gr 1-7).
