Tshwane Community Learning Centre is a state registered, Public Benefit Organization (Non Profit) offering a range of affordable programs and services supporting the transformation of previously disadvantaged communities in the province of Gauteng, Pretoria, South Africa. 

Tshwane Community Learning Centre (TCLC) is committed to providing Education and training support and service the surrounding communities; in their endeavour to attain human dignity through economic self sufficiency.

In support of our vision, programs and services covering the fields of formal education, early learning, care for children at risk, homes for destitute children, primary health care, skills training and income generation are being developed.
