Governance
The school forms part of TSHWANE COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTRE which is a Section 21 Company (non-profit). The directors of TCLC are the trustees of the property on which the school functions and of all facilities and improvements on the property, including all the school facilities. They are the ultimate authority, being in oversight of the school, the children’s homes, the skills training centre and any other teaching and / or training activities yet to be developed.
The school is a registered Section 21 Company with a Board of Directors.
The internal management team of the school is composed of the principal, deputy principals, Registrar, HOD’s and any other staff member co-opted on the team.
Staff members are serving in submission to the leaders appointed over them in the school, who, in turn, are accountable to the directors of TSHWANE COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTRE
Lines of command and communication [as per school organogram] are created for good order and management.
Staff members are expected to regard the lines of communication at all times. It is unacceptable to deliberately disregard the same as this leads to misunderstanding and consequent disunity.
Leaders [prefects, or as we call them “Servant Leaders”] are appointed annually through election by the student body and the staff.
